2012 Tipperary Drama Festival

Marie Kelly has been in theatre since 1993 and was Casting Director at the Abbey Theatre, Dublin between 2001 and 2006. She has an MA in Modern Drama and Performance from University College Dublin and has just finished her doctoral studies on theatre and consciousness at the same university. She is currently a freelance theatre professional: specialising in casting, producing, dramaturgy, guest lecturing and theatre research. Her book, The Theatre of Tom Mac Intyre: Strays from the ether, was co-edited with fellow practitioner and lecturer Dr. Bernadette Sweeney and published by Carysfort Press in 2010.
